We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

International customers are responsible for any customs taxes and duties upon delivery.
We offer fast and convenient same-day shipping. The order cutoff time is 12 PM EST (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the next business day. We ship on business days only (Monday–Friday).

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.
To avoid delays in shipping, please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match.

Salon Z is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We offer VIP shipping insurance as an add-on during checkout. Claims related to lost packages must include photographic proof of delivery from the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Approved claims are eligible for replacement only.
